You are welcome to contact oure Event managers, our service managers and our logistics manager as a contact person. 

A briefing is given by the service manager before each event. Here you will be given all the important information.

We do not guarantee food, so you are welcome to bring your own. Staff drinks are water and hot drinks.

You are entitled to a 30-minute break after 6 hours of work and a 45-minute break after 9 hours of work.

Yes, there is an hourly account. Please use the Staffcloud app to check yourself in and out and you will also need the QR code so that your working hours can be accurately recorded via the hours account.

As we work with working time accounts, you are welcome to work more shifts in strong months and build up your credit account and still get paid hours in weaker months.

We will invite you to apply for shifts via the Staffcloud APP. Your qualifications play a role here. If you have applied for a shift at Staffcloud and we then assign you, this counts as a binding shift and you do not need to confirm it again.

If you have registered a standby and you are no longer able to work before you have received the service, please cancel your standby.  

Cancellations for shifts should be made 5 days in advance. Should you cancel at short notice (up to 72h), is the submission a medical certificate compelling required.  
In general, please always send sick notes to personnel@faro-gruppe.de and the emergency number of the location. If you have to cancel spontaneously, please contact us immediately by phone.

We guarantee your salary until the 10th day of the following month.

If you are interested in changing your contract, e.g. a mini-job contract to an hourly-based contract or even a part-time or full-time contract, please write to us at personal@faro-gruppe.de

If you have friends or acquaintances who are also looking for a part-time job, don't hesitate to recommend us. When you sign a contract, you will receive a bonus of €50 and a further €50 as soon as your friend or acquaintance has completed 8 shifts or services.
