Hybrid events are the perfect symbiosis of a live event and a digital event. They bring together the best of two worlds: the audience at the live event and online participants in the digital space. This creates an exchange at eye level. Starting with the HYBRID PLUS variant, we also extend the speaker level into the digital space: live and remote speakers appear together on stage.

Virtual events actually means events in virtual space - because the event is taking place, albeit exclusively in the digital world. Currently, this is often the only way events can take place.
The HYBRID PLUS or HYBRID PRO package is exactly the right choice for this project.
We will be happy to advise you on which production formats and interactive solutions you can use to implement your event in virtual space.

User-friendliness is our top priority:
Your online participants use the platform you have selected in advance. The HYBRID PRO package already includes parallel streaming on several platforms.

We place great emphasis on interaction, because this is the only way online community can succeed. The tools that are used are crucial.
We integrate your interaction tool into your stream, which you purchase in advance, use with surveys and polls and manage editorially during the event. Your moderator or speaker on site can view the interactions at any time.
The online audience can actively participate in the events.

We can insert watermarks directly in the stream, as you know it from television. Of course, we also use belly bands in your corporate design as required. In this way, we support the sequence of events and the dramaturgy of the images in equal measure.

We implement live feeds professionally in separate digital rooms in the HYBRID PRO package.
As the organiser, we provide you with four rooms and you can have the speakers log in and out at the same time or with a time delay - all in your web browser.
Our speaker advisor will take care of welcoming and looking after your speakers.

Hybyride events count as regular events. Events in closed rooms with more than 20 persons present at the same time may only take place under the 2G condition. Persons who perform artistic performances at events or otherwise make contributions that are indispensable for the course of the event and cannot be justified by other persons may participate in the event with a negative test for the day. 

Pure streaming events are legally to be regarded as film shoots or television recordings and therefore fall into the category of "regular professional practice" in the sense of "enabling an event". For these events, the maximum person limits for events specified in § 9 of the SARS-CoV-2 Infection Protection Measures Ordinance do not apply. Of course, the distance and hygiene rules still apply. All persons present must be indispensable for the production of the event (camera operators, cable operators, sound assistants, beauticians, etc.).
