Food selection

Two presentation formats are available for our buffets and menus:

• Classic Buffet – set up at our buffet stations
• Flying Buffet – served by our service staff directly to your guests

Please note: Our BBQ buffets are exclusively available as a classic buffet.

The 'Classic' versions offer you a carefully curated buffet selection at a particularly attractive price. If you would like to customise your selection further, our other buffet variations are available in three price segments .

Minimum quantity surcharge: For fewer than 30 people we charge a supplement of 10 € net per person.
