Food selection

There are two forms of presentation available for our buffets and menus:

Classic buffet - set up at our buffet stations Flying Buffet - served directly to your guests by our service staff

Please note: Our BBQ buffets are only available as a classic buffet.

The „Classic“ variants offer you a carefully compiled buffet selection at a particularly attractive price. If you would like to customise your selection, you can choose from our other buffet options in three price segments available.

Minimum quantity surcharge: For under 30 persons For all buffets and menus we charge a surcharge of 10 € net per person.
