The Hybrid Package Pro is designed for complex hybrid events with very high visual requirements and maximum flexibility with the display of four camera angles (e.g. for presentations, panel discussions and audience questions) as well as the display of picture-in-picture views, belly bands, timers, online presentations, etc.

The Pro package includes all the functions of the Plus package with the highest possible visual quality.

Hybrid events are the perfect symbiosis of a live event and a digital event.

They bring together the best of two worlds: The audience in attendance takes part in the event on site, while other viewers are offered the opportunity to follow the event via live stream or afterwards in a recording.

From the variant HYBRID PLUS we are also extending the speaker level into the digital space: live and remote speakers will appear together on stage. This creates an exchange at eye level.

Yes, because virtual events are events in a digital space, only without an audience. Our hybrid packages are also suitable for this.

We will be happy to advise you on which production formats and interactive solutions you can use to implement your event in virtual space.

Your online participants use the platform that you have selected in advance.

The event can be streamed, recorded or transmitted in a video conference.

Viewers need a device with a web browser and internet access.

We integrate your interaction tool into the event. The tool must be purchased and set up by the customer in advance and managed by you during the event.

On request, we can display the interaction in the room, in the stream or just for the moderator to see.

It is also possible to connect remote speakers live to the event online using a connection tool or video conferencing software.

We can display watermarks directly in the stream, as you know it from television.

Of course, we also use belly bands in your corporate design as required. In this way, we support the process and visual design in equal measure.

We professionally implement the live connection of online speakers in separate digital rooms in the package HYBRID PLUS and HYBRID PRO um.

As the organiser, we provide you with four rooms and you can have the speakers log in and out at the same time or with a time delay - all user-friendly in the web browser.

Our speaker advisor will take care of welcoming and looking after your speakers.

Alternatively, you have the option of connecting speakers via a video conferencing tool of your choice. The tool must be provided by the customer (e.g. Zoom, Teams etc.).

We recommend the "Zoom" video conferencing platform for internal company events and unofficial events. Transmission to other video conferencing tools is also possible.

For events with a wide reach and public impact, we recommend the "YouTube" platform.

You can also stream to other platforms of your choice, provided they support RTMP streams. The streaming platform or video conferencing tool is provided by the customer.

If you do not have your own platform access, or if the stream is to be displayed on a non-RTMP-capable website, you can book a Vimeo stream from us for an additional charge.

The package Hybrid Plus and Hybrid Pro includes the integration of a logo.

The logo can be shown as a watermark, as seen on TV. The logo requires a transparent background and must be provided as *.png.

We display the presentation on screens or monitors on site.

At the same time, the presentation can be streamed digitally in full screen or in a picture-in-picture view so that online viewers can follow the presentation in the best possible way.

We need the following information so that we can broadcast your event on the Internet:

Transmission in a video conference:

Transmission on streaming platform (Hybrid Plus, Hybrid Pro):

In any case, we recommend that you set up your system in good time, as there may be system waiting times during generation.

Please send this information to your contact person at least three working days before the event, stating the event date and the event number.

Please also remember to invite your online participants if the broadcast is not publicly available.
