Unique ambience on the Spree
An incomparable location for successful events - in the historic granary in Berlin's former East Harbour and with a direct view of the impressive Oberbaumbrücke. In the middle of the media quarter in the trendy district of Friedrichshain, in the neighbourhood of MTV, Universal Music, the Mercedes-Benz Arena and the East Side Gallery (the longest remaining part of the Berlin Wall), the Spreespeicher is a unique location for inspiring events. The distinctive building of the listed warehouse is reminiscent of more than 100 years of history and gives the building an unmistakable appearance.

The Spreespeicher has three multifunctional areas that can be flexibly adapted to different requirements. The halls 2C Spreequartier, Capitol Yard Golf Lounge and 030 Eventloft offer numerous possibilities for all different types of events. Whether casual receptions and summer parties, meetings and conferences lasting several days or elegant dinners and private wedding celebrations - there is nothing we cannot organise for you down to the last detail. In addition, the exclusive Spree Terrace offers you the opportunity to extend your activities in a pleasant atmosphere and open up to the outdoors. A multitude of doors connect the bright rooms and event areas directly via the south terrace.
Location
Situated in historic surroundings on the former East-West border, the Spreespeicher is easily accessible via the A10 motorway and from the nearby S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations and Ostkreuz stations, as well as being only a few minutes away from the Ostbahnhof ICE connection. The Spreespeicher is also easily accessible by water, which means you can also effortlessly transport your guests to your event by boat across the Spree. Numerous landing stages are available directly on site at any time. Accommodation for your guests is just as easy - a large number of hotels are just a few minutes' walk away.
